Contemplate and be thankful The past is gone forever Today is all that you have Leave the future alone until it comes How to deal with bitter criticism Do not expect gratitude from anyone Doing good to others gives comfort to the heart Repel boredom with work Do not be a mimicker Pre-ordainment Verily, with hardship, there is relief Convert a lemon into a sweet drink Is not He [better than your gods] Who responds to the distressed Enough for you is your home Your recompense is with Allah Faith is life itself Extract the honey but do not break the hive Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest Or do they envy men for what Allah Has given them of His Bounty? Do not lose hope Don‘t be sad —- Life is shorter than you think As long as you have life’s basic Necessities — Don‘t be sad Contentment repels sadness If you lose a limb, you still have others to compensate for it The days rotate in bringing good and bad Travel throughout Allah’s wide earth Contemplate these Prophetic sayings In the last moments of life…. Allah is Most Kind to His slaves And He will provide him from [sources] He never could imagine An early: recompense When you ask, ask Allah Precious moments Divine pre-ordainment Death Allah Alone is Ail-Powerful Unexpected relief Allah allows miracles to occur For His righteous slaves Allah is All-Sufficient as a Disposer of affairs Everything in the universe glorifies Allah Be pleased with Allah A call from the Nakhlah valley The First generation of Muslims Contentment even after being ruined Be resolute in making a decision The believer is firm and resolute The tax on being an eloquent speaker Perfect comfort and rest are in Paradise Gentleness helps you achieve your goals Anxiety does not help Peace of mind is in having The basic necessities of life Be prepared for the worst-case scenario You are doing well you are healthy and have enough food Don’t belittle another person’s efforts Deal with others as you would Have them deal with you Avoid being artificial If you really cannot do something, leave it Do not be chaotic in your life Conclusion
Robert Louis Stevenson said;”Every person is capable of performing his daily tasks, no matter how difficult they are, and every person is capable of living happily during his day until the sun sets: and this is the meaning of life.”Stephen Leacock said:”The young child says: when I will become a bigger boy. The boy says: when I become a teenager, and when that time comes, he says: when I will many. What about after marriage? And what comes after all of these stages? One’s thoughts constantly follow the tune of the following: when I will be able to retire. But when one actually reaches old age and looks back, he is scorched by a cold wind. He lost out on his whole life that dwindled away without ever living inside of it. And thus we learn, only when it is too late, that life is to be lived in every breathing minute and hour.”Such is the state of those who put off repenting from their sins.One of our pious predecessors said:”I warn you of delaying and saying that I will do it later, for this is a phrase that prevents one from doing good and causes one to fall behind in deeds of righteousness?(Leave them to eat and enjoy and let them be preoccupied with (false) hope. They will come to know!) (Qur’an 15: 3)The French philosopher, Montaigne, said:”My life was filled with bad luck that never showed mercy.”I assert that despite their knowledge and intelligence, many famous thinkers knew nothing of the wisdom behind their own creation. They were not guided by the teachings that Allah sent through His Messenger, Muhammad (bpuh).(And he for whom Allah has not appointed light, for him there is no light.)(Qur’an 24: 40)(Verily, We showed him the way, whether he be grateful or ungrateful.)(Qur’an 76: 3)Dante said:”Consider that this day will not occur again.”Better and more beautiful and complete is the hadith:”Pray as if it is your farewell prayer.”Whoever puts it into his mind that today is his last day, will make a fresh repentance, will do good deeds, and will strive to be obedient to his Lord, the Almighty and His Messenger (bpuh).
